I'm still having problems sleeping... either getting there or staying there  Undecided

Any suggestions on what I should try to take next? I'm already going to ask to up my Seroquel dosage hopefully from 100 to 200 mg. But even that wont work for long. I've been on Ambien, Lunesta, Mellatonin, and currently on Rozerem. I took two Rozerem last night (16 mg) plus 1mg of Ativan and I STILL Woke up, and I was WIDE awake for a good hour - 2 hours. I just want to be able to sleep like a normal person.

phyllis, I am right with you. One of my biggest problems with this illness has always been sleeping. Right now I am taking 2 ativan and still waking up. I usually watch old movies on TCM until i feel like sleeping again. I don't think i will ever sleep normally. I never have, whether diagnosed or not. The ativan helps. but does not make me sleep the night through.

heheh, I watch movies on TCM too when I can't sleep. Something soothing about a classic movie that I just love!
