Anyone else feel this way?

I love my kids and my family but I am feeling trapped by them too. Like I am too heavily weighed down but. When I want to cut loose am critisized. Since I am home all day with my kids by myself I feel the need to cut loose more and more.

Hi, you so not alone, I feel the same way, i'm also at home all day with my 21months old daughter that is an handfull when u don't feel urself, and i struggle on my own, and to make it worse i'm overflowing with rage and I take it all out on  my better half, he gets it all in the neck, I don't mean too, but cause i'm so stressed and restless I feel that i can't cope and feel so alone.. x

I feel that way too.  I feel like I have so many obligations, I'm tired.  I never get enough sleep or time alone.  Yet I feel so alone I want to cry.

Yeah same here...I feel like cutting loose many times...people just don't get it and its my dog who keeps me from doing it...he's my reality check...what I might do to myself I won't do to him.
