I always have so many problems sleeping and I have noticed recently that I am more tense during the night.  I have been waking up throughout the night with my muscles tense and in pain.  Anyone else deal with these problems.  Its probably just nightmares that I don't realize I'm having.

No I'm not on anything for sleep.  They have tried an anti depressant and numerous sedatives to try and help but none seem to work.  They have also put me on many sleeping pills that didn't do the job.  It isn't a major issue I was just wondering if it happened to anyone else.

I'm wondering if you have restless leg syndrome. I know some people that have it have major leg pain and muscle soreness because the legs are moving all the time.

Nope.  Insomnia and PTSD.  Causes a lot of restless nights.  Love your picture and that movie.

I wake up with neck pain often...I do have an old injury that acts up, but when I'm nervous or upset[angry or sad] about something those feelings can cause flare-ups in my neck...a lot of my tension is stored there it would appear...the Docs agree on that. Valium can work as a muscle relaxant, and it helps a person to feel calm. It might also help you to sleep. BTW, sleeping pills don't work for me either, it almost seems like they would keep me awake instead of making me drowsy.  I Shit You Not
