Anyone ever feel more depressed after an increase in meds?  I just had my mood stabilizer and anti psychotic increased. It seems like my depression worsens and all I want to do is sleep every time this is done.  I hope it will pass after the first couple of weeks.  Do any of you have this type of problem?

No, I can't say that I have. Perhaps you are resistant to whatever it is they are giving you. Or maybe the dosage isn't right. There are a lot of variables that could be the result of your issue you are having. Best to keep an eye on it, and if things don't change in a week or two, contact your doc's office and let them know.

That happened to me when I was on mega-doses of 2 mood stabilizers and an antipsychotic. Don't let too many days go by before letting the doc know...depression is a bitch to get back from, especially if you fall into a deep hole.

Thanks guys,
I was thinking it may be over once my body adjusted.  I'll keep a close eye on the days.

I used to get that way because I had no problems to fix so I would focus on myself.
