Anyone had any experience with it? I was suggested some injectable meds that I come in for twice a month. That would eliminate a couple of my meds. Which ones, I dunno.

I was told about a lithium injection before but my goodness it seemed like that was too extreme for me and I was also told that I would have to have my blood checked every couple months I thought it sounded expensive but I dont have insurance so ..........

I seriously am considering that if the mental health clinic checks my blood and stuff. My extreme moods are getting to be a bit much for me. But I am also steadying out though too. Cause I am back on my meds. I find yogurt helps so I don't taste my meds. I am very glad for that. They taste awful when you have to taste them.

The brand name for that drug is Invega, and it is supposed to be for treatment of schizophrenia.

And it is also for bipolar mania too recently put out as that as well. 3 booster shots then 1 shot a month from there on out.
