Mother is bipolar and suffers anxiety. Paternal grandmother was in and out of state hospital because of 'nervous breakdowns'. Maternal grandfather was dx'd bipolar back in the day when it was known as manic depressive. Various aunts suffer stupid head syndrome...dunno if it is an actual mental illness that causes their stupidity or if they are just dumbasses. Five of my brothers are addicted to drugs and alcoholics. One of them is adhd and I suspect bipolar. One sister is addicted and suffers depression. So two of my siblings ended up with a somewhat clear head. But they are still young so there is hope. (kidding btw I pray they do not suffer this insanity).

My father was an alcoholic and possibly undiagnosed bipolar.  I have at least 2 suicides of close relatives and a maternal aunt diagnosed schizophrenic.

My mom suffered from "nerve" issues. She had a nervous breakdown when I was 4 or 5. I pushed her over the edge and she just lost it. My mom's dad was an alcoholic and there was schizophrenia on his side of the family. My dad has anger issues. My sister suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder. My mom's  one brother has addiction problems; drugs and alcohol. And as far as I know, that is it. I don't know much about my dad's side of the family.

There's many drug addicts and alcoholics on my mom's side.  Some people diagnosed as bipolar on her side and more that should be.  My mom is bipolar, my dad has ADHD, I think my brothers have a milder form, maybe BP2 or something.  My dad's dad had issues, he was a war vet and was supposedly messed up since the war.  I dunno, I suspect BP as well.  Supposedly he died doing 110mph crashing into a car head on because he was running from the cops.  He had stolen $30,000 from a church.  I think some people on my mom's side have commited suicide.  I don't know much about my dad's side, esp on his father's side.  His mom seems to be chronically depresssed.  My mom's brother is certanly bipolar, not diagnosed but I don't doubt it one bit.
