I went a week without taking a sleeping pill.

Like, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night! I know, it doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is. I did take one this weekend and I noticed the difference in my sleep. Didn't take one last night and woke up several times in the night, so I'm not sure how long this is going to last (not taking the sleeping pill). I'm gonna try to go the whole week without taking it and see what happens. So, here is to the possibility of having one less med to take! (I'm secretly not holding my breath, but I'm still hopeful if that makes any sense.)
