I went a week without taking a sleeping pill. Smiley Like, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night! I know, it doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is. I did take one this weekend and I noticed the difference in my sleep. Didn't take one last night and woke up several times in the night, so I'm not sure how long this is going to last (not taking the sleeping pill). I'm gonna try to go the whole week without taking it and see what happens. So, here is to the possibility of having one less med to take! (I'm secretly not holding my breath, but I'm still hopeful if that makes any sense.)

All these drugs are not as hot as people think they are. They can be helpful and not. I was taking enough antipsychotics to kill a cow every evening, and one evening, nothing happened. No symptoms, no side effects. That shows that our beliefs about them determine a lot more than the drugs themselves. I also slept without trouble. The Holy Church of Psych Meds elevates the Holy Ris[perdone and a little bell rings and we all line up for the sacrament, as the Curse is intoned; 'If you dont take your meds, you'll have to go back to the hospital"
